About the Raffle
Promoter
WAFA Hammer Raffle will be conducted by the West Australian Farriers Association Incorporated. The benefitting organisation is West Australian Farriers Association Incorporated ABN 81793858612. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 20 October 2023. The Raffle closes at 28 October 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Tasmania
- Western Australia
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the organisation of the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above*.
The Organisation conducting the raffle (and any related entities), or the Organisation benefiting from the raffle (and any related entities), are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes.
*Immediate family means a person's parents, spouse (including de-facto spouse), children and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
375 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 28 October 2023 at 12pm (AWST) at 2171 Toodyay Road, Gidgegannup, WA 6083.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the West Australian Farriers Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WestAustralianFarriers/) by 30 October 2023.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize unless the winner resides in ACT (if eligible).
If the ACT is an eligible State/Territory and the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight 28 November 2023, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw on 29 November 2023 at 2171 Toodyay Road, Gidgegannup, WA 6083. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
