Prattent Cup & Harwood Shield Raffle

We are raising much needed funds for Leaping Livers, the Liver Transplant Unit at the Children's Hospital, Westmead, to raise awareness of childhood liver disease and organ donation. This cause holds a special place in our hearts as we also raise funds for one of our own talented Kolts players, Brooke Nestorovic (16) - who awaits a life-changing liver transplant after being diagnosed with biliary atresia. Pictured is Brooke with her wonderful surgeon, Dr Albert Shun.

Brooke started her football journey with us at the Kolts as a talented junior player who already represented NSW at school level. Even at this young age, Brooke showed remarkable promise and skill and it came to no surprise to us when she went on to later play in the NPL as a young teen.  In recent years, Brooke (now 16) returned to the Kolts to play in our womens premier league where she remains one of the youngest players to play at this level.

We hope this year's Prattent Cup and Harwood Shield fundraiser will raise up to $10,000 for Leaping Livers and the Liver Transplant Unit. Your generous support will help this dedicated team continue to provide exceptional care to sick children and teens like Brooke, when and where they need it.  Our fundraiser will also support the Nestorovic family directly.

We are all rallying behind you, Brooke.  So stay strong and we look forward to hearing about your healing journey back onto the football field!
