Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket and participating in this raffle entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Title MNDSA Mega Christmas Raffle 2024
2. Promoter details The raffle is being conducted by the Motor Neurone Disease Association of South Australia (MNDSA) of 66 Hughes Street, Mile End 5031. (ABN: 87 026 807 478).
3. Promotional Period The raffle will commence at 12:00:00AM on 01/11/2024. The raffle closes at 12:00:00AM 20/12/2024. No entries will be accepted/permitted after this time.
4. Eligibility Entry is open to all South Australian residents aged 18 or older. Residents of all other States and Territories are NOT permitted to enter this raffle and are NOT eligible for any prizes. The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the Raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family members is defined as a person’s spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children and any other family member residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prize:
- The organisation conducting the raffle.
- The organisation benefitting from the raffle.
5. Entry mechanic Entries must be purchased through the official raffle website (https://www.raffletix.com.au/mndsamegaxmasraffle2024). Tickets are $100.00 AUD each and there is no limit on the number of tickets a single person can purchase.
6. Prize Pool The total value of the prize, including Yacht Cruise, fuel, Yacht Crew and Meals and Beverages is $25,000.00 AUD.
7. Prize The raffle is for one (1) prize only. A 5-hour cruise on a Riviera 5400 Sports Yacht for 8 people. The yacht will be fully crewed, and includes fuel for the duration of the voyage. Catering will be supplied by Ellenika Restaurant, Glenelg. The Beverage package will be supplied by MNDSA and/or their sponsors.
The date for the prize must be mutually agreed to by the Winner, R Marine and MNDSA.
This prize is not redeemable for cash.
8. Equal Chance The raffle is limited to 300 x tickets only. Each entry (ticket) will have an equal chance of winning. Entrants may purchase multiple tickets as per Clause 5.
9. Draw The Raffle will be drawn at 16:00:00PM on 20/12/2024 at MNDSA Head Office, 66 Hughes Street, Mile End SA 5031. An electronic draw will be conducted. First and only prize will be drawn first.
10. Notification Winners will be notified via phone call on the day of the draw and will receive written confirmation within seven (7) days of the draw via the email address they entered the raffle with.
11. Claiming Prizes The winner must claim their prize, by communicating with MNDSA and R Marine within two (2) month of being notified that they have won the prize.
12. Publication The name of the winner as entered via the website and the winning ticket number will be published within two (2) days of the draw. Publication will be on the Raffle website, MNDSA website and social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and in The Advertiser newspaper classified on 22/12/2024.
13. Unclaimed Prize Draw If a winner does not claim their prize, or if the winner does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeits their prize, we reserve the right to to redraw the prize at a later date.
14. Cancellation Clause If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
15. Privacy MNDSA collects personal information in order to conduct the raffle and ensure communication in the unlikely event changes will need to be made to the Raffle. Entrants’ information will NOT be used for any other purpose. Entrants may subscribe to MNDSA events through the website to receive future communication.
