The Kingston Primary School Association is a volunteer committee made up of parents/carers and family members of students, staff members, and members of the community.
Our Association is involved with the School on many levels, from building relationships between School staff, students, and the community, to providing advice, recommendation and advocacy to the Principal regarding school policy.
Specifically, the Association through the Parents and Friends Fundraising Team conducts fundraising to enhance student achievement and social connection such as:
- Online Literacy and Numeracy Licenses, with home access
- Purchase of additional IT resources to improve student access
- Breakfast Club program
- Enhanced Aquatic Program
- Year 6 Celebration and contributing towards the cost of year 6 Leavers tops
- A discretionary fund to assist families in need
- Develop a pot of money to assist with grants for playground upgrades
