About the Raffle
Promoter
A Girls' Day Out Car Raffle Warragul 24 - 25 will be conducted by A Girls' Day Out Warragul. The benefitting organisation is the Oncology Department at the West Gippsland Hospital and local families battling cancer. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 2pm AEST on 02/12/2024. The Raffle closes at 2:30PM AEST 31/05/2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
3000 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 3pm (AEST) on 31/05/2025 at A Girls' Day Out 2025 event at Lardner Park.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winner will be announed on A Girls' Day Out social media platforms.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
