Taradale Mineral Springs Festival Inc 2026 Taradale Mineral Springs Festival Raffle

The Mineral Springs Festival Committee is a not-for-profit community group. The Festival Committee shares all funds raised between the volunteer groups and causes in the town. These include the Taradale Primary School, the Taradale CFA, Taradale Historical Group Inc, Taradale Cricket Club, Taradale Landcare, Taradale Progress Association and the Taradale Community Forum Inc.

Promoter

The Taradale Mineral Springs Festival Raffle will be conducted by the Taradale Mineral Springs Festival Inc. The benefitting organisation is Taradale Mineral Springs Festival Inc (ABN 21 823833148). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

Promotion Period

The Raffle starts at 6.00 am AEDT on 08/01/2026. The Raffle closes at 2.45 pm AEDT on 08/03/2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. Tickets cannot be purchased by an individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). Specifically, this includes the President, Vice-President, Secretary and the Treasurer of the Taradale Mineral Springs Festival Inc Committee and their immediate families.

The Prizes

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

Maximum number of tickets

5,000 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at 3.00 pm AEDT on 08/03/2026 at the Taradale Mineral Springs Reserve.

Draw Method

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website, www.taradale.vic.au and Facebook pages within 3 business days of being drawn.

Prize Claim Date

Winners have twelve (12) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. If any prize or prizes remain unclaimed after twelve (12) months, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes. The $5,000 Travel prize must be booked within twelve (12) months of the date of winning the prize or the funds will remain with Taradale Mineral Springs Festival Inc.

Winners are to contact the Promoter in order to claim their prize.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
