The Major Draw will take place at 11am AEDT on Tuesday 7 November 2023 at 3/2 Stadium Cct, Mulgrave, VIC 3170.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter (Hawthorn Football Club).
Draw method: An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizing in descending order.
About the Raffle
Promoter/Beneficiary
The Win With The Hawks! raffle will be conducted by Hawthorn Football Club Limited (ABN 26 005 068 851). The benefiting organisation is Hawthorn Football Club, a not for profit organisation.
The Raffle starts at 10am (AEST) on Tuesday, 1 August 2023. The Raffle closes at 5pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 31 October 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the New South Wales, Tasmania, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory and Western Australia, aged 18 years or older. South Australia and Queensland residents are ineligible to participate.
Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or its Management Committee including immediate family members.
Prizes
There are eleven (11) prizes available in total. Ten (10) major raffle prizes and one (1) early bird prize. The prizes for the Win with the Hawks! raffle can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website or via the linked Terms and Conditions.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Frequent Flyer points cannot be earned when redeeming the Consolidated Travel Flight Voucher. International flights are with Qatar Airways, United Airlines & Singapore Airlines. Domestic flights are via Virgin Australia.
Maximum number of tickets
11,000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $10.00 each.

Draw Method

Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two hours of determination and will also have their name and state/territory of residence published at hawthornfc.com.au on Wednesday 8 November 2023 for a period of 28 days. Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have twelve (12) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by 7 December 2023, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw on 12 December 2023 at 3/2 Stadium Cct, Mulgrave, VIC 3170. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date, they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
