Terms and Conditions

1. Raffle Name
   2025 Denmark Mountain Bike Club E-Bike Raffle
2. Promoter
   2025 Denmark Mountain Bike Club E-Bike Raffle will be conducted by Denmark Mountain Bike Club Inc (ABN 50 389 616 983) of PO BOX 759 DENMARK WA 6333. The benefiting organisation is Denmark Mountain Bike Club Inc a not-for-profit organisation.

4. Relevant State(s)
   Permitted
   Entry is open to residents of the following State(s) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
   Western Australia (WA)
   Not Permitted
   Residents of the following States are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes:
   Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
   New South Wales (NSW)
   Northern Territory (NT)
   Queensland (QLD)
   South Australia (SA)
   Tasmania (TAS)
   Victoria (VIC)
    
5. Raffle Period
   The Promotion starts at 12.00pm WST on Tuesday 11 February 2025.
   The Promotion closes at 3.55pm WST on Sunday 30 March 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
6. Raffle Website
   The Raffle Website will be accessible from: https://www.raffletix.com.au/?ref=4vm6a 
7. Maximum Number of Tickets
   250 tickets available for purchase at $50.00 each.
   The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
8. Maximum Number of Entries
   No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
9. Entry Restrictions
   Entry is open to residents of the Western Australia.
   The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
   - The Permit Holder
   - Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
   The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
   - The Organisation conducting the raffle;
   - the Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
10. Verification Requirements
    If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
11. Draw Details
    Draw will take place at 4.00pm WST on Sunday 30 March 2025 at the Denmark Downhill Event at 82 Lapko Road, Denmark WA 6333. The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter. Draw method: An electronic draw will be conducted. The first ticket drawn will be the winner of the prize. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
12. Prize Details
    The prize of Rocky Mountain Instinct Powerplay Alloy 30 M Electric Bike valued $7299.00 will be awarded to one winner, drawn at random on Sunday 30 March 2025. Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All delivery costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval. 
13. Total Prize Pool
    The Total Prize Pool value is: $7299.00
14. Notification and Publication of Winners
    Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn on Sunday 30 March 2025. Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffletix Website and the Denmark Mountain Bike Club website and DMTBC Social Media.
15. Prize Claim Date
    Winners have 60 days from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize and arrange for the collection of their prize. If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
16. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
    If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
17. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of a Dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant.  If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
18. Additional Terms – Privacy
    The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at admin@denmarkmtb.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
