We are back and beyond excited to share with you the details of our new Wanna Win a Pool 2024 raffle! For just $25, you can go in the running to win your very own dream pool. What’s more, we'll be raising funds for the amazing team at the Children’s Cancer Institute to help find a cure for childhood cancer.
We love doing what we do, and we are proud to be once again supporting the work the Children’s Cancer Institute are doing to reduce the number of Australian kids dying from cancer each year. We’ve rallied our wonderful trades and suppliers together, who’ll once again be generously donating their time, and we’re all set to make one lucky winner’s pool dream a reality.

RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter
Wanna Win a Pool 2024 will be conducted by Lainson Group Pty Ltd trading as Cronulla Pools, ACN 623 792 834. The benefitting organisation is Children's Cancer Institute Australia, ACN 072 279 559. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9am on 15 September 2024. The Raffle closes at 9am on 21 November 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- NSW - Entry is open to residents of Greater Sydney, New South Wales only
IMPORTANT: Please refer to the Raffle Terms and Conditions available on the Cronulla Pools website and Terms and Conditions link below for more information. See Figure 1 Map before purchasing a ticket in this raffle to ensure that you are in a valid area of participation.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Maximum Number of Tickets
15,000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Entry Restrictions
Tickets cannot be purchased by a member of the Cronulla Pools management committee, including the board of directors or executive management, employees or employees of subsidiaries, all other parties (and their employees and agents) directly engaged in conducting the draw, or a family member of the aforementioned including spouses, de facto spouses, parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, children and adopted children or RaffleTix.

If requested, participants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website and in the below Terms and Conditions link.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 12pm AEDT on 21 November 2024 at 7/12-14 Northumberland Road, Caringbah NSW 2229.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have one (1) month from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
Winners are to contact klainson@cronullapools.com in order to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
In the event that the winner of any prize cannot be contacted, despite every reasonable effort to do so, the prize will be held for a period of one(1) month, after which it will be deemed as forfeited by the winner and another draw will take place to determine a new winner. Once the previous winner is deemed to have forfeited their prize, they will not have any right or claim to the relevant prize

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a Dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
Additional Terms – Privacy
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at klainson@cronullapools.com. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
