RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Raffle Organizer:
   The raffle is organized by the Thirroul Public School P&C as part of the Thirroul Public School Christmas Market event, held to support school initiatives and enhance the community experience.

2. Raffle Website: 
   The Raffle Website will be accessible from: https://www.raffletix.com.au/?ref=4smd5 

3. Eligibility:

   • The raffle is open to all attendees of the Thirroul Public School Christmas Market, as well as those who have purchased tickets in advance online.

   • Participants must be aged 18 years or older.

   • The following people are not eligible for any prizes: 

     • The TPS P&C exec team.

     • Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;

     • Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw.

4. Tickets:

   • Raffle tickets can be purchased online up until Dec 6 (until 12pm).

   • Each ticket purchased provides an opportunity to win one of the available prizes. Prizes will be announced Dec 6, 2024, from 12.30pm. 

   • Tickets are $5 each and all proceeds (non inclusive of fee) will go to Thirroul Public School P&C to be distributed to the school in line with fundraising strategy and school funding approach. 

5. Draw Date:

   • The draw will take place on December 6, 2024 at 12.30pm.

   • Winning tickets will be drawn randomly and published online via our FB event page, P&C FB group on Friday, Dec 6, 2024. 

6. Prizes and Donations:

   • The total prize pool is valued at $3,941.85, made up of generous donations from local businesses, each offering unique items or experiences.

   • Prize values are accurate as of the date of publication and are subject to change. No cash alternatives or substitutions are available.

7. Prize Redemption:

   • Winners will be announced online and will also be contacted through the contact details provided online at the time of ticket purchase.

   • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date unless otherwise specified. Failure to collect a prize within this timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and, at the organizer’s discretion, a redraw may occur.

   • Unclaimed Prize Arrangements

   • If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

8. Privacy:

   • Personal data collected from participants is used solely for contacting winners and will not be shared or used for other purposes without prior consent.

9. General Conditions:

   • The Thirroul Public School P&C reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the raffle, in whole or in part, if circumstances beyond its control impact the intended fair outcome.

   • All decisions made by the P&C regarding the raffle are final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability:

    • The organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.

    • The organizers are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur in connection with participating in or winning the raffle, or while using or enjoying any prize awarded.
