Promoter/Beneficiary

Toowoomba Netball Association 2024 Season Fundraiser will be conducted by Toowoomba Netball Association Organisation (ABN 75 320 978 985).  The benefiting organisation is Toowoomba Netball Association, a not for profit organisation.

The Raffle starts at 1:20pm (AEST) on Friday, 13 July 2023. The Raffle closes at 9.15pm (AEST) on Saturday, 24 February 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales and Queensland, aged 18 years or older. 

Directors, management, employees, contactors of the Toowoomba Netball Association and related entities, including any of the Promoter’s agents and including RaffleTix, directly involved in the organisation of the Raffle (as determined by the Promoter) are not eligible to enter.

Prize

A Mazda 2 SP valued at $28,500.

Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Maximum number of tickets

5,000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $10.00 each.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at 9.15 pm (AEST) on Saturday, 24 February 2024, at Toowoomba Turf Club Hursley Road, Toowoomba 4350.

Draw Method

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn to determine the sole winner.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website, the Toowoomba Netball Association website and Facebook pages.

Prize Claim Date

Winners have twelve (12) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
