The Inclusive Kids Fund aims to provide much needed funds that will create better inclusion into community life for children that would otherwise be isolated through poverty, family breakdown, disability or severe illness. This fund targets young individuals aged 0-18 years; fast tracking immediate financial support not covered by other forms of funding.

Promoter
Tenner for a Tinnie will be conducted by Inclusive Kids a charity of IFYS Ltd. The benefitting organisation is Inclusive Kids a charity of IFYS Ltd, ABN 69 131 388 102. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12.01am AEDT on Thursday, 15 February 2024. The Raffle closes at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday, 16 May 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
New South Wales (NSW)
Queensland (QLD)
Victoria (VIC)
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
15,000 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 10.00am AEST on Thursday, 23 May 2024 at Unit 1, 37 Dalton Drive, Maroochydore QLD 4558.
Draw Method
Raffle tickets will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Inclusive Kids and IFYS website and Facebook pages within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
