Promoter
The Brand New LS3 6.2Ltr Crate Motor Raffle will be conducted by South West Motorsports Group Inc. (ABN: 14 575 094 882), a not-for-profit organisation.

Beneficiary
Net proceeds of the raffle will be in support of the South West Motorsports Group Inc.

Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 12 July 2023. The Raffle closes at 3.00pm (AWST) on 6 October 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia only. Residents of other States and Territories are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes. Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or its Management Committee including immediate family members

The Prize

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images are for illustrative purposes only and are not an image of the actual prize.

Maximum number of tickets
4,000 tickets are available for purchase, at $10.00 each.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 6th October 2023, at Hosepro South West, 226 South Western Highway, Picton WA 6229.

Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn.

Notification and Publication of Winners
The Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing on the day of the draw. Prize Winner’s name will be published on the Raffle Website and South West Motorsports Group Inc. Facebook page.

Prize Claim Date
The unclaimed prize will be in accordance with the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
