Raffle Terms and Conditions
The Raffle will be conducted by Women’s Legal Service Queensland Limited, ABN 72 685 598 982. Women’s Legal Service Queensland Limited is a registered charity.
The Raffle starts at 9am AEST on 3 November 2023. The raffle closes at 2pm AEST on 16 February 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Open to residents of Queensland (QLD) and New South Wales (NSW) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. Ticket sales are NOT PERMITTED for residents of Western Australia (WA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS), Victoria (VIC) and South Australia (SA).
There are 1,800 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $100 each, 3 tickets for $200 and 10 tickets for $500.
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase one or more raffle tickets from the raffle website.
There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, subject to raffle ticket availability.
If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.
Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or Women’s Legal Service Qld Board Members or Management, including immediate family members*
*Immediate Family means a person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The draw will take place at 3pm AEST on 16 February 2024, at Brisbane City Hall.
The Prize Winner will be announced verbally at the time of the draw. Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within four (4) business days of being drawn. Prize Winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website.
