About the Raffle
Promoter
The RizeUp Gala Ball 2023 will be conducted by RizeUp Limited, ABN 64 607 715 588. The benefitting organisation is RizeUp Limited, a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9am AEST on Friday, 14 July 2023. The Raffle closes at 9.30pm AEST on Saturday, 5 August 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland, aged 18 years or older.
Note: Due to government regulations, residents of other States are not permitted to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or its Management Committee including immediate family members.
The Prizes
- 1st Prize - Suzuki Swift GL Nave Auto Hatchback, Valued at $29,600
- 2nd Prize - A luxury mattress package, Valued at $7,500
- 3rd- 25th Prize - A range of other great prizes, Valued at $22,067
Total Prize Pool Value - $59,167
Maximum number of tickets
15000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $25 each or:
- 2 tickets for $50
- 3 tickets for $75
- 5 tickets for $100
- 12 tickets for $200
- 40 tickets for $500
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 10pm AEST on Saturday, 5 August 2023, at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Brisbane, Queensland.
Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email and listed on this website and the RizeUp website and Facebook pages within 3 business days of being drawn. Please check the websites and the aforementioned Facebook page for details.
Prize Claim Date
Winner has 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
Winners are to contact debbie@rizeup.com.au in order to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
