RAV4 Major Raffle

Promoter

The RAV4 Major Raffle will be conducted by the Ganmain Grong Grong Matong Football Netball Club. The benefitting organisation is Ganmain Grong Grong Matong Football Netball Club, ABN 81 534 598 315. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

The funds raised will contribute to the renewal of female change rooms for home and away teams for netball/AFLW as well as the renewal of the junior club changerooms complete with new toilet amenities.  This will enable the club to have modern facilities for participants within the competitions to use.  Being a small regional community these new facilities will benefit the sustainability of the club into the future.

Promotion Period

The Raffle starts at 7am AEST on Sunday, 14th April 2024. The Raffle closes at 9.00pm AEDT on Friday, 18th October 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

• New South Wales (NSW)
• Queensland (QLD)

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

The Prizes

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

Maximum number of tickets

2,677 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at 9.30pm AEDT on Friday, 18th October 2024 at Presentation Night, Ganmain Sports Club, 1734 Roping Pole Road, Ganmain NSW 2702.

Draw Method

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize and only prize will be drawn first.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn, by 21 October 2024. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the GGGMFNC website and Facebook pages.

Prize Claim Date

Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
