Funds raised through the Raiders Foundation 2021 Major Raffle will provide financial support to the Raiders first NRLW team and help to purchase equipment, establishing an NRLW academy and scholarship program, and assist with the development of our coaching and associated support staff.
About the Raffle
The Raffle starts at 9am AEST on Thursday, 8 July 2021. The Raffle closes at 5pm AEST on Wednesday 1 September 2021. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Promoter
The Raiders Foundation 2021 Major Raffle will be conducted by the Canberra District Rugby League Football Club Limited (ABN 56 008 568 634). The benefiting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of NSW, QLD and ACT aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Directors, management, employees, contractors (or members of their immediate family) of the Raiders Trading Group and related entities, including but not limited to Canberra District Rugby League Football Club, Canberra Raiders Pty Ltd, Queanbeyan Leagues Club or any of the Promoter’s agents, including RaffleTix, directly involved in the organisation of the Raffle (as determined by the Promoter) are not eligible to enter.

1st Prize - Toyota Corolla Hatch SX 2.0LPetrol Auto CVT 5 Door ($32,040)
2nd Prize - Two Tickets on The Ghan Expedition ($7,730)
3rd Prize - Two Tickets on the 2022 Raiders Sponsors Trip ($5,260)
The total prize pool value is $45,030
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Maximum number of tickets
7,000 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $25 each.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 11.00am AEST on Thursday, 2 September 2021 at 14 Torrens Street Braddon ACT 2612.
Draw Method
Raffle tickets will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within four (4) business days of being drawn (by Monday, 6 September 2021). Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website and the Canberra District Rugby League Football Club Limited Website and Facebook page.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have twelve (12) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. Unless the winner is from the ACT.
If the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight on Saturday, 2 October 2021 a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 3pm AEST on Monday, 4 October 2021, at 14 Torrens St, Braddon ACT 2612. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
Winners are to contact foundation@raiders.com.au in order to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
RaffleTix
There is an agreement with RaffleTix (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
