Aishwarya’s Foundation was formally established on 13th Jan 2023. We are the proud parents of Aishwarya Aswath Chavittupara working alongside qualified, experienced, humble, like minded people to improve our health care in Western Australia. Our Inaugural project is to establish and operate a 24/7 Bulk Billed Medical Centre that offers primary health care to people of all ages.

About the Raffle
Promoter
Raffle for Change will be conducted by Aishwarya's Foundation. The benefitting organisation is Aishwarya's Foundation, ABN 19 476 329 542. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9am AWST on Saturday, 4th November 2023. The Raffle closes at 9pm on Saturday, 3rd August 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia (WA), aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- the Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
100,000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 9pm AWST on Sunday, 4th August 2024 at 15 Hewton Street, Morley WA 6062.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 30 days from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
