About the Raffle
Promoter
The St Nicholas of Myra Penrith “Pavilion of Fellowship Raffle" will be conducted by the CATHOLIC PARISH OF ST NICHOLAS OF MYRA PENRITH (ABN 14 136 762 761). St Nicholas of Myra Penrith is a not-for-profit, basic religious charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC).
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 10.00am AEST on Sunday, 15 September 2024. The Raffle closes at 10:00 am AEDT on Sunday, 24 November 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Employees and Contractors of Raffle Tix are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes.
The Prize
The prize, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prize, can be seen under the Prize heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be re-sold for cash.
Maximum number of tickets
10,000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at approximately 11am AEDT (After the 10 am Mass) on Sunday, 24 November 2024.
An electronic draw will be conducted.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn (Sunday, 24 November 2024). Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and the St Nicholas of Myra Facebook pages.
Prize Claim Date
Winners are to contact penrith@parracatholic.org in order to claim their prize. Winners have 30 days from the Draw Date (24th of November) in which to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used towards the building of the "Pavilion of Fellowship"
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a Dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
Additional Terms - Privacy
This raffle cannot be duplicated without the express written consent of the Promoter.
By purchasing a ticket, the buyer is agreeing to the RaffleTix privacy policy and the Stripe privacy policy.
There is an agreement with RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
