About the Raffle
Promoter
The Pat Cronin Foundation Retreat Caravans Raffle will be conducted by the Pat Cronin Foundation Ltd. The benefitting organisation is the Pat Cronin Foundation Ltd, ABN 99 612 532 788. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12am AEST on Saturday, 18 May 2024. The Raffle closes at 12.00pm AEDT on Sunday, 24 November 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Victoria (VIC)
- South Australia (SA)
- Northern Territory (NT)
- Tasmania (TAS)
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee and employees from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, sibling (whether full or half blood) and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
58,000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 1pm AEDT on Sunday, 24 November 2024 at Montmorency Park South Oval, Montmorency VIC 3094.
Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. First and only prize will be drawn first.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn, by Wednesday, 27 November 2024. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Pat Cronin Foundation website and Facebook pages by Wednesday, 27 November 2024.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize unless the winner resides in ACT (if eligible).
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

There is an agreement with RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward
