Promoter/Beneficiary
The New Custom Gaming PC Raffle will be conducted by Veteran Gaming Australia Limited.  The benefitting organisation is Veteran Gaming Australia Limited (ABN 13 655 607 382). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

All funds raised go support the Veteran Gaming Australia Limited charity which provides a safe space for Veterans and their Families with many amazing programs supporting Veteran Hospitals, Veteran Wellbeing Centres, Veterans & their Families throughout Australia. Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12:00 am (AEST) on Saturday, 1st July, 2023. The Raffle closes at 6:00 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 17th September, 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time. 

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Tasmania, Victoria aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

Note: Due to government regulations, residents of other States and Territories are not permitted to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes

Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix).  In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or its Management Committee including immediate family members*.

The Prizes

1st Prize - An amazing Custom built BORG Gaming PC built from the ground up for Gaming performance, AOC 27' 165hz Gaming Moniter, Logitech G203 Mouse and keyboard, JBL Quantum 300 Headset. This unique custom built PC brings amazing performance that the BORG would definitely want to assimilate. Valued at $6,442.

2nd Prize - A Anycubic Kobra Max FDM 3d Printer equipped with a Bowden extruder, double Z-axesm a carborundum glass plate and a filament sensor on an incredible 400*400*450mm plate. Bring new creations to life with an impressive maximum printing speed of 180mm/s enabling you to enjoy more prints.  Valued at $673.60.

3rd Prize - A  Xbox Series X Replica Mini Fridge which brings a depth of 'Cool' to wherever it may be, use this to help cool down your beverages while it brings a level of aesthetics to wherever it may be placed. Valued at $228.99.

4th Prize - A Aftershock Endgame Mousepad designed to offer an excellent balance of both precision and control. Valued at $45.

5th Prize - A Aftershock Lofi Mousepad designed to offer an excellent balance of both precision and control. Valued at $45.

*Prizes include delivery to any valid State of Entry, to the winners home address. 

Total Prize Pool Value is $7,434.59.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Maximum number of tickets
3000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $5 each.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 7pm (AEST) on Saturday, 30 September 2023, at 93 Mison Road, Bucketty NSW 2250.

Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizing in descending order.

Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email and listed on the RaffleTix website and the Veteran Gaming Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn (by Wednesday, 20 September 2023). Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook page for details.

Prize Claim Date
Winners will have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.  Winners are to contact enquiries@veterangamingaustralia.com.au in order to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
