Terms and Conditions:

• The first ticket drawn will win first prize.  
• The second ticket drawn will win second prize.
• The third ticket drawn will win third prize.
• Images are indicative only, actual prize may vary in timber/fabric colour/shape..
• Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• F!rearm prizes must be redeemed via a licenced f!rearms dealer.
• Winners must supply their own Permit To Acquire.
• Raffle is open to residents of Victoria ONLY.
• Proceeds go towards new MFGA upgrades.
• Tickets are electronic and will be issued via email or SMS web link.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and hold a valid f!rearms license to possess and register the appropriate f!rearm. 
• Tickets are $10 each for 1 , 3 for $25, 5 for $40 and 10 for $80
• A surcharge will be applied for online purchases.
• Raffle ticket sales will commence on 13 July 2024 and conclude on 12 Oct 2024 or when sold out.
• Entrants do not need to be present to win.
• The draw for the winners will take place on 12 Oct 2024 after 12pm, at the Morwell Field and Game Office Vic 3825.
• All winners will be notified by phone or email within two days of the winners being drawn.
• The winners will be contacted as the facebook page is currently suspended at https://www.facebook.com/MorwellFieldandGame  on Monday 14 October 2024.
• Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, include GST and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
• Morwell Field and Game Inc. will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prizes. If any prizes remain unclaimed Morwell Field and Game Inc. will deal with such prizes in accordance with the law.

Exclusion of Liability

Morwell Field and Game Inc will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
