Lindfield Junior Rugby Club has has a reciprocal relationship with the Kawanishi Rugby School since 2014.
This raffle is in aid of Supporting our under 11 & 12’s Lindfield Junior Rugby Players to attend the Kawanishi Rugby School tour in Osaka in September/October 2024.
All proceeds for the raffle will go directly to financially supporting the tour costs.
The raffle will be drawn at Club York following the Wallabies vs South Africa match which will be screened at the club.

Please note that the raffle draw is subject to terms and conditions. Note that the displayed raffle prize order is not the order of the prize draw. The raffle organiser will determine this at the time. Prizes may continue to be added to the prize pool until the day of the auction.
Winners will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery/collection of prizes.
Rules of Gaming Activity – Terms and Conditions
1. The name of the benefiting not-for-profit organization is Lindfield Junior Rugby Club Inc.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation
in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. All participants must be over 18years old and reside in NSW.
4. Those directly involved in management and
conducting of the raffle are ineligible to participate in the raffle
5. The online raffle will be held on 17th August 2024 at 8.30pm
6. The online raffle is drawn at Club York
7. Entries close immediately before the draw commences.
8. Raffle ticket purchases can be
made through the Raffletix (third party) website and purchases utilizing a credit or debit card are
non-refundable, unless there has been a proven unauthorized use of the buyer’s card.
9. The price of raffle tickets are taken as advertised on the raffletix website, varying between $5
for 5 tickets and $100 for 500 tickets.
10. There is no limit on the number of tickets sold.
11. The number of prizes listed is 15 or more
12. Participants are permitted to enter the raffle or buy tickets more than once and are eligible
to win more than one prize.
13. Raffle ticket numbers will be sent by email.
14. A winning ticket number drawn is not re-entered into the draw for any remaining prizes.
15. The rrp value of each prize is stated in the third-party advertising including raffletix.
16. Prize winners do not need to be present at the draw to win the prize.
17. Prizewinners are notified via SMS and/or email after the raffle is completed.
18. The raffle is conducted live at the LJRU event at Club York and maybe broadcast live on the LJRU Facebook page
19. In the event the organizer experiences any internet/technical issues, the organiser will take all
reasonable steps to rectify the issue in order to complete the raffle draw.
20. All Prizes are required to be collected from a nominated address, within 3 weeks
week unless an alternate time is arranged with the organizer of the raffle. The organizer will assist in delivery of items where possible.
21. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash.
22. No bonus prizes will be awarded.
23. The order that the prizes are listed on third party websites and tickets (including RaffleTix) is
for informational purposes only and may not be the final order in which the prizes will be drawn.
The final draw order is at the discretion of the organiser.
24. Any disputes concerning the conduct of the gaming activity or claiming a prize must be
addressed in writing via email to the raffle organiser – angus_rimmer@hotmail.com
