About the Raffle
The Raffle starts at 6.00 PM AEDT on Friday 3 February 2023. The Raffle closes at 10.30PM AEDT on Saturday, 18 March 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Promoter
The Kooyonga Golf Club Centenary Raffle will be conducted by Kooyonga Golf Club (ABN 83065225421). The benefiting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of SA aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or its Management Committee, including immediate family members.
The Prizes
The total prize pool value is $40,000.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
Maximum number of tickets
2,000 tickets available for purchase at a cost of:
- 1 ticket for $50
- 3 tickets for $100
- 6 tickets for $200
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 11:00pm AEDT on Saturday, 18 March 2023 at May Terrace, Lockleys South Australia.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Prize 9 will be drawn as an early bird prize on Friday, 10 February 2023.
Early Bird Prize
Prize 9 will be drawn as an early bird prize on Friday, 10 February 2023. The location will be Kooyonga Golf Club, May Terrace, Lockleys South Australia, and the time will be at 8pm. Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn (by Monday, 13 February 2023). Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website and the Kooyonga Golf Club website and social media pages (by Monday, 13 February 2023).
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn (by Tuesday, 21 March 2023). Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website and the Kooyonga Golf Club website and social media pages by Tuesday, 21 March 2023.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have twelve (12) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize. First prize of two tickets to The British Open with $10k Phil Hoffman Travel Voucher must be claimed by 30 April 2023.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to use the prize for fundraising purposes.
