Promoter
Cairns Junior Tenpin Bowling Association Christmas Raffle will be conducted by Cairns Junior Tenpin Bowling Association. The benefitting organisation is Cairns Junior Tenpin Bowling Association ABN 87 045 794 791. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at Friday 8th November 2024. The Raffle closes at 8am, Saturday 14th December 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Tasmania.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Maximum Number of Tickets
1000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 9am, Saturday 14th December 2024 at Go Bowling Cairns, 93 Pease Street, Manoora QLD 4870.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize unless the winner resides in ACT (if eligible).
If the ACT is an eligible State/Territory and the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight 30 June 2025, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw on Saturday 14 December 2024 at 9am Saturday 5th July 2025. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a Dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
Additional Terms – Privacy
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at cjtbafundraising@outlook.com. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
