About the Raffle
Promoter
The Richmond Football Club 2024 Jack Dyer Medal Raffle will be conducted by Richmond Football Club. The benefitting organisation is Richmond Football Club ABN ABN 25 679 793 340. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 6.30pm AEST on 1 October 2024. The Raffle closes at approximately 9.45pm AEST on 1 Ocotber 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
- Victoria
- New South Wales
- Queensland
- Tasmania
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Maximum Number of Tickets
5000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at approximately 9.45pm AEST on 1 October 2024 at Ohe Palladium at Crown, 8 Whiteman St, Southbank, VIC 3006 .
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website.
Prize Claim Date
Winners of the Prizes will be notified on the night of the draw at the Jack Dyer Medal Ceremony by the MC at the event, then followed up by telephone and in writing within four business days of the draw, by 7 October 2024. Prize winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website on 1 October 2024.
Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.
If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a Dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
Additional Terms – Privacy
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at events@richmondfc.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
