STEERING FUNDS TO HAPPINESS
Happiness Co Foundation has been built to improve lives. This is core to who we are and always have been. Founded in 2020, the Happiness Co Foundation funds programs and initiatives that empower people to face their mental health battles and find happiness in their lives. With a team of volunteers, we aim to spread happiness in the community through events, activations and support groups for anyone affected by mental health struggles. Your $20 raffle ticket will directly support our mission to improve as many lives as possible.

Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 5pm AWST on Tuesday, 9th January 2024. The Promotion closes at 5pm AWST on Sunday 14th January 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia only.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The Prize
The prize, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prize are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily image of the actual prize.

10000 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details
The Draw will occur at approximately 5pm Sunday the 14th of January 2024, at the Esplanade Fremantle.
Draw Method
A barrel draw will be conducted.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winner will be announced on Happiness Co Foundation social media pages.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. The Promoter will hand over the prize within 30 days of draw/prize being claimed, according to permit. The vehicle must be collected from Midland Hyundai in person in order to adhere to transfer of ownership process.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
A percentage of proceeds of this lottery will be paid to RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd as a professional fundraiser. For any enquiries contact Happiness Co Foundation Ltd on the permit holder’s phone number.
