FANS French Market Fundraising Raffle 2024

All proceeds go to the French-speaking Association of the North Shore (FANS) bilingual program at Killarney Heights Public School.

FANS is a dynamic not-for-profit, self-funded parent association that was created in 1998 with a clear purpose:   

  • Educate the children of francophone families in French
  • Maintain a family’s native culture and language while living in Australia 
  • Share that language and culture with the community          

 

By purchasing online through the "RaffleTix" platform located at www.raffletix.com.au ("the Website") you ("the Ticket Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Raffle ticket purchases utilising a credit or debit card are final, non-refundable, and not disputable. However, where there has been an unauthorised use of a buyer's credit card, and the unauthorised nature of that use can be proven, then the payment will be refunded.
  • The Ticket Buyer must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket in this raffle.
  • Raffle ticket purchases external to NSW are NOT permitted. Buyer needs to have an address in NSW.
  • Raffle ticket numbers will be sent by email.
  • RaffleTix makes no representations as to the compliance by our Clients with the laws applicable to the conduct of their raffle. The Ticket Buyer must establish to his or her own satisfaction the propriety or otherwise of the raffle by contacting the relevant Client Organisation directly. Any disputes about the raffle must be directed to the Client Organisation.
  • No prize exchanges or cash substitutions.
  • Any unclaimed prizes before the 16/12 will be re-raffled on the 17/12.
  • Draw date is 18/11. Winners will be notified on 19/11.
  • Prizes will be handed over in person only from the FANS Office on the Killarney Heights Public School grounds between 25/11 and 16/12 at the latest.
