Promoter
The Fair on the Green 2023 Mega Raffle will be conducted by Milton Primary P and C Association (ABN: 71 375 723 768) of Bayswater Street, Milton QLD 4066. The benefiting organisation is Milton State School P and C Association, a not for profit organisation.

Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 7am AEST on Friday, 8th September 2023. The Promotion closes at 4pm AEST on Saturday, 21 October 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of  New South Wales, Queensland aged 18 years or older.

Note: Residents of Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia are not permitted to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix).  In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or it's Management Committee (including immediate family members). This includes School Executive (Principal and Deputies), P&C Association (Executive Committee i.e. President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary).

Note: P&C Members, not involved in the Organisation of the raffle or the draw are eligible to participate.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Maximum number of tickets
20,000 tickets are available for purchase at the cost of:

• 1 ticket for $10
• 6 tickets for $50
• 15 tickets for $100
• 35 tickets for $200
• 55 tickets for $300
• 100 tickets for $500

Draw Details
The draw will take place at 5pm AEST on Saturday, 21st October 2023 at Gregory Park, Haig Road, Milton QLD 4066.

Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. The first prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn by insert day, date, month, year. Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website and the Milton Street State School website and Facebook pages.

Prize Claim Date
The winner has 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sales will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
