Terms & Conditions Win a Car Raffle

Prizes

• The major prize is a 2024 Kia Picanto GT Line Auto in White
• Total prize value of the car is $23,670 drive away including all on-road costs, (12 months registration, 12 months compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty, GST, metallic paint (if applicable), and dealer delivery) supplied by the Australian Automotive Group Pty Ltd t/as Riverina Kia (ABN 84 088 817 912 LMD-052423).
• All optional extras and accessories, comprehensive insurance and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs, and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded.
• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
• $6,000 worth of Cash & Fuel Cards will also be given away in the raffle. There are individual varying amounts of EFTPOS Cards and Fuel Cards ranging from $50 to $500 amounts totalling $6,000.

Eligibility

Participation is open to members and guests of The Coro Club who are 18 years or older.

Board of Directors, Club employees, Contractors & their immediate families are eligible to participate in the Raffle.

The Club employee who is conducting the raffle is not eligible to participate in the Raffle.

Entry

• Members and/or Guests purchase raffle tickets via a third party platform raffletix.com.au.

By purchasing online through the "RaffleTix" platform located at www.raffletix.com.au ("the Website") you ("the Ticket Buyer") agree to the

following terms and conditions:

Raffle ticket purchases utilising a credit or debit card are final, non-refundable, and not disputable. However, where there has been an unauthorised use of a buyer's credit card, and the unauthorised nature of that use can be proven, then the payment will be refunded. For ticket buyers residing in Western Australia (where tickets are available for sale in Western Australia), refunds will require the written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.

The Ticket Buyer must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket in this raffle.

Raffle ticket purchases external to Australia are NOT permitted.

Raffle ticket numbers will be sent by email.

RaffleTix makes no representations as to the compliance by our Clients with the laws applicable to the conduct of their raffle. The Ticket Buyer must establish to his or her own satisfaction the propriety or otherwise of the raffle by contacting the relevant Client Organisation directly. Any disputes about the raffle must be directed to the Client Organisation.

Draws

• On the date and time of advertised draw, winning ticket number(s) are randomly selected using Raffletix platform. 
• The number of draws conducted for each raffle is determined by the number of prizes. Each draw is specific to a prize.
• You do not need to be present to win, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Other Information

• Prizes can only be collected from Coro Club Reception during business hours Monday – Saturday 10am-7pm
• Proof of ID and proof of ticket numbers must be shown in order to collect prize.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, gaming vouchers, swapped or exchanged for tickets into future draws.
• False names when purchasing tickets are prohibited.
• Winners names will be posted to Facebook after the draw and results are also available to view by visiting the specific draw at www.raffletix.com.au
• Photo’s of winners may be taken for social media promotional purposes

Collection of prizes if the winner resides within Griffith NSW 2680;

• Collection of prizes including gift vouchers, Cash/EFPTOS cards must be picked up from Coro Club Reception during business hours Monday – Saturday 10am-7pm. If prizes are not collected within 4 weeks of date of draw, they will be forfeited.
• Direct Debit option will not be offered to those who win Cash/EFPTOS prizes that reside in Griffith NSW 2680.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange collection of prizes on their behalf, however notification to the Coro Club is required in writing to reception@coroclub.com.au
• Winner of the Major Prize of the Kia Picanto to is to collect prize in person

Collection of prizes if the winner resides outside of Griffith NSW 2680;

• and cannot collect a gift voucher, The Coro Club will mail the voucher at no cost to the winner on a fortnightly basis.
• and cannot collect CASH prize, The Coro Club can arrange to have money direct deposited into account at no cost to the winner.
• and cannot collect a physical prize, The Coro Club will arrange postage of the prize at the winners cost. This excludes fresh produce and food
• the winner can arrange collection of voucher prizes on their behalf, however notification to the Coro Club is required in writing to reception@coroclub.com.au
• Winner of the Major Prize of the Kia Picanto to is to collect prize in person and cannot send a proxy to collect on their behalf.

Terms & Conditions for Lucky Door Giveaways/Prizes

Eligibility

Participation is open to members only of The Coro Club who are 18 years or older.

Board of Directors, Club employees, Contractors & their immediate families are eligible to participate in the Raffle.

The Club employee who is conducting the raffle is not eligible to participate in the Raffle.

Entry

• Members swipe their card upon entry on the day of the draw.
• Only one entry, per member, per day is eligible to enter.
• Members will receive a ticket which they are to place in the specified barrel which will be drawn that day.
• Members must be present to claim their prize, unless stated otherwise.

Draws

• On the date and time of draw, the winning ticket is randomly drawn from the barrel of entries
• The number of draws conducted is determined by the number of prizes on offer. Each draw is specific to a prize.
• Total prize value varies with each raffle.
• Members must be on the licensed premises at the time of the draw to win, and have four (4) minutes to claim their prize.
• If after 4 mins prize is not claimed by a present member, a new member number is generated. This process is repeated until a member is present to claim their prize.
