City Tattersalls Club, Sydney City Lexus and Australian Turf Club have come together to create a charity raffle in aid to the ATC Foundation.
Proceeds will be donated to industry charities including Australian Jockey Trust, NSW Jockey Trust, as well as The Carbine Club of NSW which supports young athletes.

About the Raffle
Promoter
The CTC and ATC Charity Raffle 2024 will be conducted by the City Tattersalls Club, ABN 44 004 054 353. The benefitting organisation is City Tattersalls Club, a not for profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12.01am AEST on Saturday, 7 September 2024. The Raffle closes at 6.30pm AEDT on Friday, 18 October 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
No maximum number of tickets applies.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 7.00pm AEDT on Friday, 18 October 2024 at The Castlereagh, 199 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 30 days from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
