Terms and Conditions
The Raffle will be conducted by Bell Park Sports Club (ABN 71504975922 ). Bell Park Sports Club is a registered not for profit.
Open to residents of Victoria only. Ticket sales are NOT PERMITTED for residents of New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (VIC), Western Australia (WA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS), or South Australia (SA).
The Raffle starts at 9am AEDT on 10/12/2021 and closes at 11.30pm AEDT on 03/12/2022. No entries will be accepted after this time.
There are 2,000 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $100 each.
Entry is open to residents of VIC aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase one or more raffle tickets from the raffle website. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, subject to raffle ticket availability.
If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.
Tickets cannot be purchased by office holders and employees of the organisation, the nominee of the raffle and relatives of office holders, employees and the nominee, including RaffleTix.
The Draw will take place at 11.45pm AEDT on 3 December 2022, at 10 Lynnburn Road, Batesford, VIC 3213.
A digital random draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted via RaffleTix, the provider of the digital raffle platform. First prize will be allocated to the first winner followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 4 business days of being drawn and listed on this website and the Bell Park Facebook page. Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook page for details.
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
There is an agreement with RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
