Accommodation: Cancellations, if less than 30 days from arrival date, will unfortunately incur full payment for accommodation – unless Covid-related…then, any monies paid are refundable or full future credits given (this policy is applied STRICTLY by Beach Haven Resort In BroadbeacH - not by Paradise Golf Tours).
Golf: Any changes to the above tee times must be made through Paradise Golf Tours and NOT directly with the Golf Courses. All golf times above are indicative only and all subject to availability at the time of booking.

Gold Coast Airport transfers:
Would you kindly advise your flight details as soon as you have them to hand including arrival times, departure times and flight numbers. A Paradise Golf Tours representative will meet you immediately outside the arrival (glass) sliding doors. We recommend you take out travel insurance too to protect you from any unforeseen circumstances.
Course requirements: To save any embarrassment on the day would you kindly advise all members of the group of the following dress regulations required by all golf courses please.
- Shirts must have collars.
- Shorts – no tie waists, strictly no denim (including shirts), and no cargo shorts.
- Short sports socks are permitted.
- Strictly “no thongs” (or similar) permitted in the Clubhouse.
- Soft spikes must be worn but alternatively sports shoes maybe worn eg: running shoes.
- No Alcohol to be taken onto courses unless purchased from Clubhouse or their drinks cart.
