Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9am AEST on 08/02/2025. The Raffle closes at 4:50PM AEST 10/03/2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents from Victoria.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
2000 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 5pm (AEST) on 10/03/2025.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winner will be announced on Apollo Bay Pony Club social media platform.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
