About the Raffle

Promoter

The 2021 Toyota RAV4 Raffle will be conducted by the South Newman Primary School P&C Association Inc.  Monies raised are to benefit the South Newman Primary School P&C Association Inc, Gregory Ave, Newman WA 6753 (ABN 31 916 148 132).

Beneficiary

The South Newman P&C Association is a team of volunteers who aim to promote cooperation between parents, teachers, students and member of the general community.  We assist in providing resources, facilities and amenities for the school.

The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

Entry is open to residents of Western Australia only, aged 18 years or older.

Tickets cannot be purchased by Committee Permit holder. 

The Prize

First prize is a brand new 2021 Toyota RAV4 valued at $40,000.  The prize includes onroad 6 month rego registration delivery.  

Additional prizes include second prize of $5,000 cash and third prize of $1,500 cash.

Total prize pool value is $46,500 (incl GST).

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Maximum number of tickets

2,500 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $50.00 each. 

Raffle Close and Draw Details

The Raffle closes when all  tickets are sold or at 5pm on Monday 6th December, 2021, whichever is earlier. No entries will be accepted after this time.The Draw will take place at 7pm on Monday, 6 December 2021 at South Newman Primary School, Gregory Ave, Newman WA 6753.

Draw Method

A digital random draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations.  The draw will be conducted by RaffleTix, the provider of the digital raffle platform.   First prize will be allocated to the first winner followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 4 business days of being drawn and listed on this website and the South Newman Primary School P&C Facebook page.   Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook page for details.  Results will be published in The West Australian on 10 December 2021.

Prize Claim Date

Winners have 3 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

Winners are to contact bllanglands@bigpond.com in order to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.  

RaffleTix

There is an agreement with RaffleTix (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
